Within Karachi

We provide delivery through our own dedicated team within Karachi. You can inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and have it placed in the room of your choice.
Payment is required only after you are fully satisfied with the product’s quality.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item immediately with the delivery team without making any payment.

Note: Certain items, such as home furniture pieces and larger desks, are non-returnable. Please confirm with the Hex team at the time of placing your order to ensure that your selected item is eligible for return.

Outside Karachi

Orders delivered outside Karachi are shipped through our courier partners. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or appropriate solution.
