Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TableCrew! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders require 50% upfront payment at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining 50% is due at the time of delivery for Karachi and outside Karachi deliveries.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

2. Delivery & Shipping

Within Karachi:

We deliver using our own dedicated delivery team.
You can inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and have it placed in the room of your choice.
Payment is completed only after you are satisfied with the product.

Outside Karachi:

Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival to ensure it is correct and in perfect condition.

Important Notes:

Large furniture items or certain home furniture pieces may be non-returnable. Please confirm with the Hex team before placing your order.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Within Karachi:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it immediately with our delivery team before making the final payment.
Payment is only required once you are fully satisfied with the product.

Outside Karachi:

Inspect your order immediately.
Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements will be handled after assessing the issue.

Note: Some items, such as large desks and specific home furniture, may not be eligible for return. Always confirm with the Hex team before ordering.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please provide accurate delivery information including address and contact number.
Inspect the items at delivery or immediately upon receipt (for outside Karachi).
Notify TableCrew immediately in case of damage, defects, or incorrect items.
