Returns Within Karachi
For customers within Karachi, we offer delivery through our own dedicated delivery team. This allows you to:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase—whether due to size, finish, or quality—you may choose to return the item immediately with the delivery team. In this case, no payment will be charged.
Important Note:
Certain products, including home furniture pieces and larger desks, are non-returnable. To avoid inconvenience, please confirm return eligibility with the Hex team at the time of placing your order.
Returns Outside Karachi
For orders delivered outside Karachi, we ship through reliable courier partners. Since inspection during delivery may not be possible, we request customers to:
